Shipping
We endeavour to get your orders packed and in the mail within 24hours of order placement. If there are any delays on our end we’ll get in touch.
We use Australia Post and their International affiliates for all parcels. Your tracking number will be emailed to you after your parcel has been dispatched.
We’re based in Melbourne so if you’re local and it’s a purchase emergency get in touch and we’ll see what we can do for you.

Orders Shipping to the United States
A 10% handling fee is added to your order at checkout, which covers the tariff cost of shipping into the United States. These are covered and organised through our shipping carriers Australia Post in conjunction with Zonos.
